VOLUNTEER CAMPING!
COMPLIMENTARY TENT CAMPING:
During your registration, if you selected that you would like a volunteer tent camping spot, then we put that in your profile in your online volunteer profile (it will show that you are assigned to the "VOLUNTEER TENT CAMPING committee). This means you are confirmed for a spot. The volunteer tent camping is in a designated area. You will receive information on move in closer to the event.
If you did not check the box during registration to get a tent camping spot, but you would like one, please go in and edit your account by checking that box in your basic information section.
Spots are LIMITED in this area and it is first come first serve.
We allow tents and very lightweight campers (not pull behind), as the path to get to this area is steep - you drive it at your own risk..
DISCOUNTED RV SPOT CODE:
If you are a registered volunteer, but have an RV and would like to bring it to the event. You can enter the code: VOLCAMP when purchasing your RV spot online (this is ONLY FOR MOTORHOME UPPER D, it is not valid for Hilltop RV). You must purchase online, not via email. These are first come first serve as well.
*The purchase must be made in the name of the registered volunteer. If someone uses this code and they are not a registered volunteer, they will be refunded their money and lose their RV spot.
