Justin Cheshire
It doesn't seem possible that it's November already!

We have had an incredible fall, as you can tell from the lineup of events showcased in our "On the Road" section. We thought we'd include some of the meetings, galas and conferences we've worked on to give you inspiration for your own events.

Also in this issue, you'll find an update to our Unique Venues Guide that we published a few years ago, and that you can download in pdf form - a great tool to have handy if you're thinking about where to host a holiday party.

If we can assist with  an upcoming event,  or you find yourself in a pinch for AV over the holidays, please contact me at (585) 325-4250, ext. 102, or email me at  [email protected]  to put our awesome team of professionals to work for you!
CHESHIRE ON THE ROAD
Cheshire Out and About - Regional

Everson Museum 50th Anniversary Gala - In September, we had the pleasure of handling both the indoor and outdoor audio visual needs for Everson Museum's 50th Anniversary Gala. Among our more unusual assignments, we provided AV support -- the audio and lighting equipment -- for Bandaloop, a "death-defying" vertical performance troupe that does choreographed routines on the sides of buildings. This company catapulted to fame in this area after performing in Rochester's first Fringe Festival.

Fashion Week of Rochester - We were delighted to once again be the Audio Visual partner for Fashion Week of Rochester. This important event raises much-needed financial support for The Center for Youth's many wonderful programs and services, With a separate runway show each of the five nights of the event, it was a great opportunity for Cheshire to turn the event tent into a magical wonderland.

Jewish Federation of Greater Rochester: "The Event " - What a great evening this was! It featured Randi Zuckerberg,  Radio Host, Bestselling Author, Producer, Creator Of Facebook Live and Devoted Jewish Mom. Held in the same tent used for Fashion Week, we changed up the look and added audio to the mix, which gave the event a very different look and feel.

Cheshire Out and About - National

attracted more than 250 healthcare HR, talent management, L&D, and education professionals to the  Rosen Shingle Creek  in  Orlando Florida,  in late October. It was our pleasure to supply all AV needs for this four-day conference, that included keynote presentations, breakout sessions and exhibitors.

Reckitt Benckiser Healthcare's National Sales Meeting was held at  Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa  i n Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida in early October. This is an important meeting for Reckitt, because it provides  them the opportunity to share tools, motivation and their most recent advances with their sales force. as well as to get a little R&R time on the venue's gorgeous golf course. We handled all audio visual needs for this event.

Thank You to Sherry LaFontain and ASAP

We want to send a huge thanks to Sherry LaFontain, who we were thrilled to work with on the ASAP Annual Conference at the OnCenter in September. Sherry writes:

"Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Provider of New York State (ASAP) had the pleasure of working with Cheshire Audio Visual for our 19th Annual Conference.  Our meeting is very complex in a 'busy' sense, with profile general sessions, mini-plenaries and numerous breakout sessions.

From the planning stages, preparation with us learning what our particular needs were to the set-up and execution through the event, Justin and his team at Cheshire Audio Visual were ultra-responsive, hands on, professional, team-oriented and very knowledgeable. The creativity and customer-service philosophy to respond appropriately to every request, as well as work within our budget, Cheshire Audio Visual went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met. I definitely agree that Cheshire Audio Visual lives by their commitment to excellence and their assistance and attention to detail is invaluable!

Cheshire Audio Visual not only rose to the occasion, their devotion and deliverance of audio visual services to the success of our conference surpassed our expectations and was impressive! I would highly recommend them for any event!

Again, thank you! I look forward to our ongoing collaboration together with Cheshire."
