Congratulations, OSCQR Peer Reviewers! 
During the Spring 2017 semester, a group of faculty members participated in training sessions to become Harper online/blended course design reviewers. By the end of the training, participants were able to describe the Open SUNY Course Quality Review (OSCQR) rubric and process, and successfully review a distance course, providing clear feedback on the 50 standards included in the rubric. Harper Recognized as Top-10 Digital College 
Harper has been recognized as a Digital Community Colleges Survey 2016-2017 top-10 winner by the Center for Digital Education in an annual survey that has been conducted for the last 12 years. Harper ranked second in the category of colleges with 10,000 students or more. Of the colleges surveyed, "91% provide professional development on how to integrate technology into curriculum and instructional practices." The top-10 ranking shows Harper's commitment to professional development in support of instructional excellence. Continue reading.
