Florence Response & Recovery Announcements
We understand that many of our members and their families were negatively impacted by Hurricane Florence. As a result, multiple needs have arisen for our members and families. Trillium Health Resources would like to support our members and families to be linked with the resources and supports available in their communities and surrounding areas. Please notify Trillium of any needs related to either the effects of the storm of regular service needs. Examples of these needs can include but are not limited: food, gas, shelter, medications, clothing, etc. Trillium’s staff will work to identify resources and supports within the local community and communicate those resources to members and families in an effort to ensure that their needs are met. 

To communicate the needs of members and families, please send an email to DisasterAssistance@TrilliumNC.org and provide as much information as possible. If you do not have internet access, please call our Call Center at 1-866-998-2597 and our Call Center staff will document the identified need. Once information has been provided, our staff will work diligently to find resources and supports to meet the needs identified.

NC Medicaid is committed to North Carolina's response to and recovery from the destruction caused by Hurricane Florence. We are working with federal and county partners to make it faster and easier to receive—and provide—Medicaid and NC Health Choice care and services.
