Holiday Tree Launch and Toy Drive is this Wednesday, December 4th!

Tree Launch Details
The PVCA Holiday Tree Launch, Cookout Buffet and Toy Drive will be held this Wednesday, Dec 4th, 5:30 at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club.

Please bring an unwrapped toy for a child or teen.

The location has changed again due to golf course construction and the event will now be held in conference center of the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club.
  • The cookout style buffet, hot chocolate, cookies and the DJ will be in the conference center main ballroom.
  • Registration and toy drive collection area will be located in the conference center lobby, beginning at 5:30 PM on Wednesday.
  • Santa will in the lobby near the fireplace.
  • The fire truck and tree lighting will be in front of the conference center.

Early check will be Tuesday Dec 3 between 2-5 PM.
  • Pick up your wristbands and 2 drink tickets per family in The Historic Inn near The Gourmet Shop.
  • If you have not renewed your membership, you can do so either day during check in.

Parking will be available in the garage and adjacent to the tennis courts.

No RSVP is required for this event.

Guests of PVCA members are welcome to attend for $30 per adult and $20 per child 12 and under.

Christmas/New Years Refuse Schedule
Republic Services will not pick up on Christmas Day or New Years Day. All services will be as usual on Monday and Tuesday, then delayed one day beginning on the holiday. Normal schedules will resume the week of January 6th.
