Cultural differences may impede clear communication and sometimes become exacerbated in intense work environments, such as M&A transactions. Take a humanistic intelligence approach and use tools to address these potential gaps or barriers.

Get a definition of humanistic intelligence and hear how to improve it. Learn how interculturality issues go beyond national differences. Consider how to foster constructive relationships among colleagues of diverse backgrounds.

Bring your questions for a lively discussion over lunch.

Laurence Blanchet
Business Professional Coach, 3iD Coaching

Laurence Blanchet’s extensive, and diverse professional experience within different organisations, in different roles, (both with French and international groups, larger and smaller companies) together with her knowledge of various corporate structures such as head office, factory, subsidiary, agency, have given her an inside view, and understanding of human and organisational dynamics.

She has witnessed several M&A from the inside, experiencing human resistance to those changes and cultural challenges. Over the years, this has reinforced her belief and conviction that, to be competitive, profitable and sustainable, companies must get buy-in from all their staff, irrespective of their cultural views. Well-being at work is a prerequisite for that.

As a business RNCP Certified Coach, she now guides management, leaders, teams and individuals experiencing cultural change of all kinds, leading them to professional and personal well-being, to contribute creatively and productively to their organisations.
