Joey's Story
NRMS 8th grade students will have the opportunity to to learn more about the opioid crisis and the impact of addiction through Joey's Story on Thursday, February 21.  Additionally, all parents and community members are invited to the NRHS PAC at 7:00 PM to hear this message.

Important Notes:

NRMS Student Council
The Student Council at NRMS would like to open their hearts this February during Heart Health Awareness Month by accepting  "heart-felt" donations for the American Heart Association.   Each person who donates money will receive a paper heart to put on our Donation Wall.  Donations of $2.00 or more will receive a carnation to enjoy on  February 13 and 14.  Student Council will be accepting donations before school in the grade-level pods.

THANKS to the Blossom Shoppe for getting our student council the flowers at cost and for cutting them.  Also, thank you to all our families for donating to this important cause.

NRHS & National Art Honor Society
NRHS & National Art Honor Society is hosting Cure Your Cabin Fever Paint Night! The event will take place on March 1 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Ages 8+ can attend. Tickets are $25.00 and include your canvas (16 x 20"), all materials and tools needed, and light refreshments. Choose from two painting options!  Purchase tickets from the North Royalton High School Activities Office from February 11-24. 

Washington D.C. Extended Field Trip
Please remember that the last payment for the 8th grade extended field trip to Washington D.C. is due on March 15. Checks can be made out to North Royalton City Schools and should be turned into the main office.

PTA
Please consider joining PTA and volunteering your time throughout the year.  The NRMS PTA is a vital component to many of the activities and opportunities that we provide to our students.  Our next meeting is on Tuesday, February 19 at 9:30 AM in the NR Public Library.
