I am delighted to share that there are no cancelled classes this December. This is all due to how the holidays are falling this year. And it means that you can take care of yourself throughout this period, where many of us will experience more stress then usual.
I will be brief today, simply because most of you have more on your plate this month then at other times. The only thing I want to mention, is the simple fact that this is not the time to skip your practice. It's truly the opposite. When we have a longer to-do list and possibly feel more stressed, it is exactly when we want to be diligent taking care of ourselves. It will help us all to enjoy life more during this typically hectic time. Think of it as maintenance that you need during this month as much as any other time of the year. Or perhaps even more so.
