Request for Concepts for Affordable Housing

The City of Springfield has released its 2019 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Affordable Housing Request for Concepts. T he application packet and supporting documents are available online here.
 
Springfield has approximately $750,000 in federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds available to award to projects that will increase the supply of affordable housing for low-income persons in our community.
 
Applications will be received as long as funding is available. Applications received by March 21, 2019 will be evaluated for the first round of funding.
 
Interested applicants are encouraged to attend an (optional) informational meeting at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 20 at Springfield City Hall (Jesse Maine Room), 225 Fifth Street, Springfield, OR.
