United Way News
The 9th Annual Walk for Warmth sponsored by MCS Bank, Roy E. Berrier & Son, and Snedeker Energy in partnership with the United Way of Mifflin-Juniata and Mifflin-Juniata Human Services, was held on Saturday, February 2nd at Kish Park. A total of 50 people endured the below freezing temperatures to help raise $6,000 for the Mifflin-Juniata Energy Bank.

Often, individuals are forced to make decisions about paying rent on time or paying heating costs. Donations this year will allow Energy Bank recipients to access funds to assist with either of these issues.

Thank you to all who contributed to this great cause!
