Salah Charitable Foundation Supports Innovative High School Program
Thanks to a generous gift from the Salah Charitable Foundation, Junior Achievement of South Florida can continue preparing youth to be the employees, consumers and business owners of the future through its innovative JA Experience at Lauderhill 6-12 program.
"We are excited to be part of the creation of a culture that fosters high expectations resulting in engaged and high performing high school students." - George Taylor Esq., with the firm Brinkley Morgan and a Board Member of the Salah Charitable Foundation.
JA Experience re-engineers high school education, moving away from learning in silos to instead infusing key concepts across all subjects. Students are encouraged to discover solutions to real-challenges, connect the relevancy of education and develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to thrive in today's ever-evolving economy.

Elected Officials Inspire Today's Youth
JA BizTown is a great place for students to meet their elected officials since government is one of the employment sectors they learn about during the program. Thank you to all the officials who have already stopped by for a visit this school year: County Commissioner Chip LaMarca (top left), Coconut Creek Commissioner Becky Tooley (top right), North Lauderdale Vice Mayor Rich Moyle (bottom left) and Margate Vice Mayor Anthony Caggiano (bottom right).
JA World is truly spectacular -- you've got to see it for yourself! Thousands of students throughout Broward and south Palm Beach County come through our doors each year to experience the magic of JA BizTown and JA Finance Park. Community members are always welcome!
