We know that there is a lot of concern about the recent Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) temporary guidance for F-1 students related to online courses for the Fall 2020 semester.
At this time, ICE has yet to publish the guidance in the Federal Register as a Temporary Final Rule. Throughout this process, it is important that international students remain in close contact with their international student advisors at OISS, as well as their academic advisors. Students should also check their university email regularly for updates from OISS on changing regulations and immediate actions they might be required to take.
