YES WE CAN Event
Active Transportation Thunder Bay will be hosting an inspiring and energizing public workshop that brings together local cyclists and cycling advocates to figure out what their top cycling priorities will be for the new City Council over the next four years. The evening’s special guest will be Justin Jones, from Share the Road Ontario, who will be sharing his experiences as the Ontario Bike-Friendly Community Manager with the audience. There will be a free dinner followed by a workshop. This is a family-friendly event so kids are welcome!

ENVIRO TIP
Save Energy, Check the Air Ducts

About to turn on the furnace? To ensure that as much warm air as possible is delivered through your central system, check the ductwork and wrap any leaks with duct mastic. Distribution losses (what's lost while air is transported from your furnace through ductwork to the vents) often amounts to 30%. So, sealing ductwork could increase efficiency and the warm air you receive considerably, keeping you warmer and making your furnace work less.
