EDUCATION SESSION #884
Comparison of MIFID II with FinSA and FinIA: The Outlook for Asset Management and Distribution
Take a close-up look at the main aspects of the new financial regulations (FinSA and FinIA) for financial institutions and services in Switzerland. Then, compare them to MIFID II, with an emphasis on its application in Italy. Consider the outlook for the implementation of these regulations and their implications for asset management firms and the distribution of financial products. Bring your questions to ensure your firm and your clients are in compliance.

Due to the regulatory topic, this event will be conducted in Italian.
