IACP's NEW Compilation of State-Adopted USP 795, 797, 800 Rules
Need to know which states have adopted which parts of USP chapters <795>, <797> or <800>? You'll find answers in IACP's new "Compilation of State-Adopted USP 795, 797, 800 Rules,"
an IACP members-only tool created in collaboration with the National Alliance of State Pharmacy Associations and funded by a generous grant from the IACP Foundation.
The resource provides information about:
- Method by which each state adopts USP chapters.
- Current status of 795, 797, and 800 adoption and effective dates by-state.
- Applicable law and rule text.
- Links to state websites where USP-related law and/or regulations may be found.
Because it is a members-only tool, IACP members are required to log-in to access it.
The resource is current as the date marked on it and is updated quarterly.
The resource is informational only. The information contained in the compilation is not an IACP or NASPA legal review or interpretation of state laws and regulations, nor is it a compliance interpretation. It is not intended as a substitute for professional legal or other advice. Compounding pharmacies should always have legal counsel review applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance and should contact their state's Board of Pharmacy if there are questions regarding compliance.
