A public meeting will be held by the Board to review the following items:
Please be advised there will be a public meeting held by the Amberley Village Zoning Board of Appeals  October 1, 2018  at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Amberley Village Municipal Building, 7149 Ridge Road. The public meeting will be held to review the following items:

1) Residents James and Annette Blust, property owners of 8455 Lynnehaven Drive, are seeking a variance from Village Code Section 154.12 (C).  The variance would allow for an accessory structure to be constructed in the rear yard with the principal access facing the street.

2)  Resident Cynthia Phurrough, property owner of 3170 South Whitetree Circle, is seeking a variance from Village Code Section 158.15 (A).  The variance would allow for the recently installed solar panels to remain on the front roof plane of the house.

If you are interested in reviewing the application you may do so Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Amberley Village Municipal Building, 7149 Ridge Road or you may attend the  October 1, 2018  Zoning Board of Appeals public meeting.
