DCR Chamber Hosts 2019 Dakota County Legislative Reception The DCR Chamber held its annual Legislative Reception on Thurs., January 17, 2019 at the Mendakota Country Club. Over 120 business and community partners participated.    President of the Chamber, Maureen Scallen Failor, kicked off the event by talking about the importance of having a business friendly environment so business can succeed. She also spoke about the importance of a long term funding solution for Transit/Transportation.
