Greetings and thank you for registering for the LEAD Conference!  We are working hard to ensure that you have a great time and walk away with a wealth of knowledge and practical skills that you can implement into your respective areas of ministry.

Conference Attire
The attire for the LEAD Conference is business casual.  There is a service Tuesday night so please dress respectfully.
Courtesy Transportation
We are arranging transportation to and from the airport and hotel for our attendees.  Please click on the link below and complete the transportation form by Monday, November 5, 2018, so we will know what time your flight will arrive and depart.  Once we have our attendees travel forms, we will let you know what time and where to meet your courtesy driver.  Please note that a gratuity for the driver of $5.00 per person is appreciated. Courtesy transportation will also be available each day for all LEAD Conference events.

Lunch Passes
To maximize the lunch time for our attendees, we have negotiated a special menu and a discounted rate with a caterer.  You can purchase a lunch pass for $27.00, which includes a hot lunch on Monday and Tuesday and a "To-Go" lunch on Wednesday.  Please see the menu below.  Lunch passes will be sold onsite on Monday morning.

The 14 day weather forecasts indicates that the weather will be in the mid 40's during the day and high 30's during the evening. Please bring appropriate outerwear so that you are comfortable, especially during the tour of the NBCA Retreat Center.

Monday Morning Hotel Pick Up Time
On Monday morning, courtesy transportation vehicles will arrive at the Galt House at 7:30 a.m. with a 7:45 a.m. estimated departure time to St. Stephen Church.  This will ensure that attendees can pick up their registration bags, and purchase your books and lunch passes.  The LEAD Conference will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. For attendees that are driving, please note that Louisville is on Eastern time. Please click on the link below to download the informational packet, which includes the conference agenda.  

Opening Reception and Tour of
NBCA Retreat Center

On Monday evening we will be hosting an opening reception at St. Stephen Church, followed by a tour and prayer at NBCA's Retreat Center, led by President Tolbert.  This is an opportunity to fellowship with other attendees, get to know your instructors and take a tour of NBCA's beautiful 56-acre retreat center.  

There is no cost to attendees who have registered for the conference.
