September 21, 2018

As we continue our Lifehacks series, we'll be looking at two hugely important factors of a full, effective life in Christ: diligence and our words. As people with limited lifespans, we're going to look at what the Bible says about diligence and why its important for us as Christians to be faithful stewards of the good news of Jesus Christ on an earth in dire need to encounter Him. We'll also be looking at the power of our words to either bring forth lasting spiritual fruit or death.

This week for Lifehacks, Pastor Jeff will be speaking on diligence in the Sanctuary for the Traditional Worship services; Pastor Trevor
will be speaking on the power of words in the Auditorium for the Contemporary Worship Services. See you Sunday!

Relief Efforts

As you know eastern North Carolina and parts of South Carolina were severely affected by the winds and torrential rains of this huge and powerful storm. We are eager and ready to assist those in need. Right now, the best way to aide directly and appropriately is to donate through trusted sources. This weekend we will take a special offering to go directly towards Hurricane Florence relief. We have made contact with local pastors in both SC and NC and are awaiting specific instructions as to how we can best come alongside them to rebuild. Please continue to pray!
