Best Wishes to Jim LaJeunesse
It is with personal regret but warm wishes that I announce the retirement of Jim LaJeunesse, effective November 1, 2018. Jim's leaving marks the end of an era for Bronze Craft Corp.
Jim started at Bronze Craft in February, 1987. He began his career as a Design Engineer and quickly took on additional responsibility as Pattern Shop and Foundry Supervisor. Jim was also instrumental in creating and overseeing our Environmental Compliance Program. In 1994, Jim was promoted to become Bronze Craft's VP of Engineering. This position came with the added responsibility of overseeing Sales and Marketing efforts.
Jim's retirement coincides with the start of Bronze Craft's 75th year in business. As a dedicated member of our team, Jim has worked tirelessly to help Bronze Craft achieve our most important goal, "take care of the customer". Jim has attended trade shows, visited customers, and assisted architects to specify our products all over the United States and Canada. He has traveled extensively in Asia and Europe on Bronze Craft's behalf to strengthen relationships with our imported hardware manufacturers. He has been vital to our organization by lending his business experience and knowledge while developing our engineering staff. We are indebted to Jim's vision and commitment for propelling us to our present position in the industry.
After 31 years of dedicated service to Bronze Craft, Jim has decided to begin the next chapter in his life.
On behalf of all our Bronze Craft employees, we would like to wish Jim the best of luck on his retirement and hope he and his wife Jerrie enjoy a much deserved extended vacation.
