"I seasoned them with Chupacabra Rub and let them sit overnight. I smoked them for 3 hrs. then applied butter and honey and wrapped them in foil for 2 hours then unwrapped and smoked them for 1 more hour. 3-2-1 that's how I was taught by my big brother. Works every time!!"
