Cal-Neva 2018 Meeting:
FINAL Deadline For Symposium & Technical Session Abstracts is This Friday!

The 2018 Cal-Neva meeting is being held from Feb. 28 - Mar. 2, 2018 in San Luis Obispo. The theme is "Outside the Bubble: Communicating with our Communities". We invite you to please submit your abstract for a symposium or technical session by this Friday, December 22. A technical session is generally five talks, each 20 minutes in length, though half-day and full-day options will be considered. The deadline applies only to the session abstract. Individual speakers within your session will have until Jan 26, 2018 to submit their abstracts. Chairing a session is a great way to highlight your field of expertise and network with others who share your interest, and we encourage you to submit your idea! The FINAL deadline for submitting symposium and session abstracts for the 2018 Cal-Neva Annual Meeting in San Luis Obispo is this Friday, December 22!
 
Second Call for Abstracts for Oral & Poster Presentations

Whether you have been invited to speak in a symposium or technical session, or you simply want to share your research with your peers, we invite you to submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation at the 2018 Cal Neva Annual Meeting. Presenting your work at conferences like this are a fantastic way to gain exposure for you and your work. It is also an opportunity for others to learn from you and your experiences, and help our field of fisheries science thrive. The deadline for submitting abstracts for oral and poster presentations at the 2018 Cal-Neva Annual Meeting in San Luis Obispo is Friday, January 26, 2018!

2018 AFS California-Nevada Chapter Travel Award Application

The AFS California Nevada Chapter (CalNeva) Travel Award provides monetary awards for deserving applicants to support their attendance at the Cal-Neva Chapter American Fisheries Society 52nd Annual Meeting. The 2018 meeting will be held in San Luis Obispo, California on Feb 28 - March 2, 2018. Completed applications must be received no later than February 2, 2018 at 5:00pm PST.
