Rickey Pittman Playing Live This Week

Passing through Houston this week is one of our favorite traveling troubadours, Rickey Pittman, the Bard of the South. In anticipation of Valentine's Day, Rickey will serenade all at the market with love songs.

Also, Rickey will have copies for sale of his children's picture book, Cajun ABC. The sights, sounds, and smells of all things Cajun two-step off the page as readers are introduced to the ABCs of the unique customs of the Cajun people. From the alligators in the bayou to the stars of the zydeco stage, the food, music, literature, and language unique to the people of southern Louisiana are delightfully rhymed and beautifully illustrated.

This Thursday only: Rickey Pittman, Bard of the South
