You're coming, right?
|
Last week we sent an invitation for our volunteer celebration we plan to hold Feb. 9 at the Belmont Complex.
For details on this event, click
here.
To date, we have only heard from a few of you. While the due date was listed as Feb. 1, there are a lot of details and planning that go into an event like this and we need to know if this is something our volunteers wish to attend.
So that we can make the right decision, if you think you will be coming, and have not RSVP'd, please reply now to this message with your name and how many you expect in your party.
If we don't hear from enough volunteers by the end of the week, the event will be cancelled.
While we thought our volunteers would enjoy it, we have another great event in February that we could enjoy together (details coming)!
Either way, the year 2018 had a lot we can celebrate and be thankful for:
Our Volunteers
13,875.97 volunteer hours
Our Staff & Adopters
181 cats found homes
358 dogs found homes
Our Donors
Whose support allow us to continue our work.
Thanks for all that
you do all year. I am looking forward to another year of helping our orphans with you.

Orphans of the Storm is located in Armstrong County. We were established in 1969 to provide temporary shelter for unwanted and abused animals. We match lovable animals with loving forever homes, educate the public on humane, responsible care of all animals, and promote spaying and neutering to reduce companion animal overpopulation. Orphans of the Storm is a no-kill animal shelter. This means we euthanize an animal only if it is suffering with no hope to be cured, or if the animal is a danger to people or other animals.
