Jumu'ah Khutba

* Imam Basheer Bilaal will be the Khateeb this Friday. Khutba starts at 1:15pm .
 
* Please note that due to the Daylight Saving Time change on Sunday, November 4th, Khutba will start at 12:15 pm instead of 1:15 pm from Friday, November 9th.  

2 nd Jumu'ah  
 
2nd Jumu'ah Prayer will be at 3:45 PM In Sha Allah and the focus of 2nd Jumu'ah is school going youngsters. Please note that this would be last the 2nd Jumu'ah for this year.  

Parking 
  • Follow all parking rules and only park in designated areas.
  • Be considerate and do not block others.
  • Do not park on the grass in the Korean Church.  
  • Only make a right turn when existing the parking lots from the masjid as well as from the Korean church.  
  • Follow the instruction of the traffic chaperones. Don't be disrespectful.
Weekly Programs with Imam Basheer Bilaal

 

Friday night dars after Maghreb prayer (6:10) .  Dinner will be served.

 

Adult Quran Circle--Wednesday after Isha.

Q&A--after Zohar Salat on Saturday. This program is focused towards our youths; both boys and girls are cordially invited and parents are encouraged to bring them in. 
All are expected to adhere to Islamic principles of sitting in the presence of a scholar and ask questions in a respectful manner and give everyone a chance. Imam may not answer all questions in public but will help in private when necessary.

Masjid will serve Pizza after the first few sessions at around 3 PM.

Sponsor a Student of Knowledge in Our School

The Manarah foundation established a Financial Aid program to support eligible families in need to allow them send their children to our schools. Many families have benefited from this program over the year. Thanks to your generous donations in support of the program. 
 
Due to increased number of applicants to the program, we have unfortunately ran out of funds and are in need of sponsors to help us fund the program so that we can process  many applications that are pending approval due to lack of  funds. Your donation will allow these children the opportunity to attend our schools and build the islamic foundation they need to develop themselves. We are in the first ten (10) days of Dhul Hijjah, a great opportunity to multiply your reward. Please be generous and donate to the financial aid program today.

Our sisters are serving lunch after jumah prayer each Friday. The money raised by selling lunch goes to the operating expenses of MALV. Please buy and eat your lunch in the social hall and contribute to your masjid.
