Wednesday Night Fellowship
On January 23rd we invite you to join us at 6:00 p.m. for dinner and a brief program led by Eric Sanburg. Eric was involved in installing the Red Community Pantry at Trinity United Church of Christ, and he will share how we can support this important ministry. We hope to see you there! Please make your dinner reservations by noon Monday, January 21st.
Menu: chicken pot pie, orzo, vegetable, fruit, salad, dessert.
Confirmation for 8th Grade Students
A Confirmation informational meeting for all 8th graders and their parents will be held on February 3rd, during the Sunday school hour (9:45-10:45) in the Library Conference room of the Education Building. This meeting will be a time to learn about the Confirmation journey at FPC and to ask questions. Families with 8th grade students can look for a more detailed letter next week with information about Confirmation. Mark your calendars and come join us! If you know you will be unable to attend, but would like your child to go through Confirmation, please contact Rachel as soon as possible.
Girl Scouts
Girl Scout Troop 334 recently enjoyed a terrarium and succulent class with Exceptional Terrarium's Linda Barnett. If you are a 6th-12th grade girl, and are interested in learning more about Girl Scouts, please contact Rene Prager ( thepragers@yahoo.com) or Kirby Sheridan ( kirbypsheridan@gmail.com). We are planning some fun things for the spring and would love to add new members!
Opportunity House Needs Women's Undergarments
REACHING PEOPLE IN PRACTICAL WAYS FOR JESUS

Now in existence for almost ten years, Opportunity House offers support for the disadvantaged in our community. In order to meet our mission, we rely on the generosity of individuals, churches, and businesses alike. Without the support of community-minded individuals like yourselves, we would not be able to continue our work serving the homeless, the unemployed, and the under-employed in our community each year.

Currently, Opportunity House is in need of women’s underwear, in all sizes. If you wish to help, the need is for sizes 5, 6, and 7 in bikini style, and for sizes 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 in brief style, both styles in any fabric and any color. If you drop your items off in Fellowship House we will see that they get delivered.

Thanks to all the members of First Presbyterian Church for your continuing support of Opportunity House.
