Slated to open in summer 2019, Crepini's new 33,000 sq. ft. custom-built factory in East Fishkill will increase capacity by 500%

Last month, Crepini, a Brooklyn-based specialty food manufacturer, officially announced it s relocation from the Brooklyn Meat Market to  iPark 84 in East Fishkill, NY. The company's new facility will incorporate state-of-the-art machinery and technology aimed at producing crepes and healthy alternatives to bread and wraps.

Joining other top Dutchess County food and beverage manufacturers like Sloop Brewing Co. and More Good, Crepini is the latest tenant to join the fast-growing food hub at iPark 84, a mixed-use tech/flex redevelopment in Dutchess County with 300 acres of land and more than two million square feet of buildings.

In addition to receiving support from the Think Dutchess Alliance for Business, Crepini has also been awarded incentives, grants and assistance from Empire State Development Corporation, Central Hudson and the Hudson Valley Workforce Development Institute.
