For the sound healings, bring along a yoga mat (or comfortable pad), cushions for head and under the knees, eye cover, socks, water and anything else to make you feel comfortable while lying down. You can bring a comfortable folding chair or lie on a mat.
No experience necessary. No reservations necessary. Meditation beginners welcome! Out of consideration for fellow meditators, please arrive a few minutes before we begin. This event is for ages 16 and up.
Reiki-charged and sound-infused crystals are often be available for purchase. Feel free to bring your personal crystals for recharging.
