  " For to the snow he says, 'Fall on the earth';
and the shower of rain, his heavy shower of rain, serves as a sign on everyone's hand,
so that all whom he has made may know it.
Then the animals go into their lairs
    and remain in their dens.
From its chamber comes the whirlwind,
and cold from the scattering winds.
By the breath of God ice is given,
and the broad waters are frozen fast.

As I write this I am unsure if we will have school today. If we do, great. If not, enjoy your snow day and be safe!

We are continuing to collect Boxtops. You will find a tracking sheet in the Wednesday folder to use for your Boxtops. Prizes are waiting to be earned. All that are collected by this Friday will be submitted next week.

We are a little over a week away from the gala! Please note that there are still opportunities for volunteering. We are still looking for desserts for the delicious dessert auction; we are selling 50/50 raffles tickets; and of course we still have Gala tickets available. If you cannot attend, please pray for a successful gala!

50/50 Raffle

One more week to sell, sell, sell those raffle tickets. The more tickets we sell the bigger the prize and also the more we can help our wonderful school. Also this is a great way to support the gala if you aren't able to attend.

Please return all sold ticket stubs (with full contact information completed on the back of each ticket) and collected money to Trish Konczal at the school office. If you need more tickets to sell, please contact Jen Charest at [email protected].

I also would like to have all unsold tickets returned by Wednesday February 27th. Thank you so much for all those that have sold tickets.

Hello St. Ambrose Families!

Hopefully you have been collecting your box tops throughout the school year and have a big bag FULL of them just waiting to be turned in!

Please send in as MANY box tops as possible NO LATER THAN Friday, February 22 so that we can submit in time for the final deadline for this school year per the box tops 4 education program.

A flyer went home in the Wednesday folder for your students to attach and submit their box tops. Please feel free to make copies if you need extra or simply submit in a Ziploc bag or envelope with your students name on it!

The student that submits the most box tops will earn a gift card to Regal Cinemas! This is a super easy way that each and every family can support our school that has a direct financial impact!!

From the Editor

Please make sure to read the Buzz every week. There's a lot of great things in it. Also, turn in your submissions! Submissions are due by Mondays by 5pm. I accept submissions from teachers, staff, and parents. If you know of something interesting going on in our community, or want to give a shout out to someone at the school, I'd love to add it to the Buzz. I especially love pictures. Please contact Mrs. Rowley to make sure that we have permission to publish pictures of every student in the picture. Pictures need to be less than 5 MB. Thanks so much!
