It has once again been a pleasure getting to know the small business owners within the food and beverage industry of the Hudson Valley. We are slowly beginning to find out how many truly inspirational creators there are hiding in our own backyard. 

We are excited to continue sharing their stories with you so you can become just a bit closer with those whose goals are aimed toward making the very best for their communities.

Randi Caroll's bakery manifested from a chain of events that began when she was simply trying to get her daughter to eat more fruits and veggies. Her sweet treats with hidden nutrition were something that more than just her daughter wanted to enjoy for dessert. 

From Nature's pantry, to farmer's markets, to her very own store front, Randi is now decorating cakes, making cupcakes, pastries, and even bagels in gluten free and vegan options. Eat This Bakery prides itself on always having something for everyone.

Clemson Bros. Brewery was the first brewery to open in Middletown since prohibition. Located in an old hacksaw manufacturing facility, newly renovated, the brewery preserves some of the beauty of Middletown's history. 

Owner- Kenan Porter- is full of ambition and always ready for the next big move. As someone who has been involved in the beverage industry since he was an undergrad, Kenan works hard to make sure his customers never receive anything short of the best product and experience.

Richard Eldridge and his late wife, Valerie Eldridge began making wine almost forty years ago. The couple's knowledge of wine making began in France, where they frequently traveled to visit family and learn about the French style. 

Brimstone Hill Vineyard and Winery now has its own style, identified as, a "local wine with a French touch". They are known for their dry reds and sweeter white wines that are available for tasting in their cozy tasting room overlooking 13 acres of vines.
