Caution - Wind & Sprinkler System
Be careful not to damage the park's sprinkler system.
Check area before attempting to stake down a canopy.
Canopy stakes must be NO LONGER THAN 6 inches.
Exhibitors MUST stake/weigh down your canopy and booth.
Parking
Exhibitor parking is at the Armory (located behind the town hall)
and in the Red Cross Lot, both are on South Street.
End of Show
Absolutely no early breakdown allowed.
Trash
All exhibitors are responsible for removing their own garbage.
Do not use trash barrels on site for your own refuse. Kindly leave all garbage in the dumpster located near the portable toilets.
Please make sure to clean up after the show, leaving your space as you had found it.
Restrooms
Public flush toilet facilities are available at the municipal parking lot, beside the venue.
Portable toilets and wash station on site.
Electricity
There is NO electricity available at this venue.
Food
Free Coffee and snacks will be provided on Saturday ONLY till 9am.
Many restaurants located within walking distance of event.
ATM
No ATM on site, however there are several banks on Main Street, within walking distance from event.
Security
Will arrive Friday at 8pm and remain until 6am Saturday.
Security will return at show closing Saturday and remain
until 7am on Sunday.
Security is only a deterrent.
We are not responsible for loss or damages.
You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day.
Sales Tax
Massachusetts Sales Tax is 6.25%
