What is the CCP?

Like Alexander Hamilton, the Community Classroom Project is eager to change the status quo, similarly educating and inspiring others along the way. Our mission is to reduce school-related stress by bridging critical gaps and sharing creative resources amongst students, families, educators and the community. This nonprofit approach to strengthening families and improving the educational experience will be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial need.

How does it work?

During Phase I, the Community Classroom Project will launch two key initiatives in one unique space: a Parent Educator Resource Center and a Community Commissary Kitchen.

Set to open this spring at The Hub, a coming-in-2019 community center in downtown Delray Beach servicing South Florida families, these programs will help students, parents, educators and everyone learn and thrive both in and out of the classroom. Our research-driven methods guide our roster of public lectures, classes, programs and resources. Learn more.

Phase II will include an all-ages business incubator, science lab facilities, a community theater, an engineering lab, as well as fashion, music, digital media and art studios. Follow our progress on Facebook!

Why now?

Just two months ago, the American Psychological Association announced that our nation’s youngest generation is significantly more likely than any other age group to report their mental health as poor . The CCP’s mission to reduce school-related stress is more timely than ever - but we need your support to make it happen.

How can you help?

Donate to our year-end campaign today!

Every $20 you give by midnight on December 20th will earn you another entry in our raffle for two tickets to the Hamilton matinee show at the Broward Center on December 23rd.
