That's the challenge and great opportunity for our movement. We are honored to have internationally known Rabbi Rick Jacobs, President of the Union for Reform Judaism help up tackle this question at our annual Feinberg Lecture.

February 22 at Qabbalat Shabbat Join the Temple Israel community for Qabbalat Shabbat and then go out to dinner together. We will begin as a community with a quick and light nosh and blessing over the wine, followed by the service. After the service, there is a brief Oneg, where we'll quickly confirm carpools and go to a local restaurant (TBA). Please bring cash for dinner. Be sure to sign up. |

More than 80 hours of witness interviews conducted by Lawrence L. Langer, one of the world's foremost authorities on Holocaust testimonies, which were locked away in a metal closet for decades, are now being shared with the public through the newly completed documentary Soul Witness, The Brookline Holocaust Witness Project.
