Learn the basics of uncontested divorce from start to finish, including Kings County Supreme Court Procedures, preparing the paperwork, jurisdiction and grounds for divorce, how to commence the action and complete service, and submission and Entry of Judgement.  Our panel of experienced attorneys will also discuss the pitfalls of uncontested divorce. 

Earn 2.5 CLE credits.

This course is FREE to those who accept one pro bono uncontested divorce matter from the Brooklyn Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project before September 26, 2019. Experienced attorneys receive additional CLE credit for every 2 hours of eligible pro bono service.  The cost is $150 for attorneys who do not wish to take a pro bono referral.
