Vehicles may be able to drive onto the grass to unload, weather permitting.
After unloading all exhibitors must park in designated exhibitor parking area towards the far end of the field; see signs on site.

Caution - Wind
This event is on a grassy park beside the ocean. Here, we are exposed and susceptible to the elements, particularly wind. A single gust of wind can ruin inventory and destroy canopies.
Exhibitors MUST stake/weigh down your canopy and booth.
Parking
Exhibitor Parking is located at the far end of the field; see signs.
DO NOT park out front, we must leave the closest parking for our shoppers. Those around the Perimeter may park one vehicle or cargo trailer behind their booth as space and weather allows.
There is NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ALLOWED.
End of Show
Absolutely no early breakdown.
At show closing you may only drive onto the field to pack up once you've already broken down. (weather permitting)
Trash
All Exhibitors are responsible for removing their own garbage.
Do not use trash barrels on site for your own refuse. Kindly leave all garbage in the dumpster located near the portable toilets.
Please make sure to clean up after the show, leaving your space as you had found it.

Portable toilets and wash stations on site.
Electricity
There is no electricity available at this event.
Food
Free Coffee and snacks are available Saturday ONLY until 9am.
There is limited fair food available for sale during the event and the closest convenience store is located about .5 miles from the venue.
It is recommended that you plan ahead and bring a lunch.
ATM
The closest ATM is located about .5 miles away, traveling east on 6A.
WiFi
There is currently no WiFi available at this event.
Security
Security will arrive Friday at 8pm and remain until 6am Saturday.
Security will return at show closing on Saturday and remain until 7am Sunday.
Security is only a deterrent. We are not responsible for loss or damages.
You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day.
