In-Person Logistics
All participants must be registered for TLC ahead of time.

In the interest of our mutual responsibility and partnership in caring for the health and safety of our families and community, each TLC family will: 
  1. Complete a One-Time Health Attestation (one per family for the whole year) before noon on the day of the family's first program.
  2. Submit Same-Day Health Questionnaire between an hour to fifteen minutes before the program.
  3. Agree to adhere to guidelines for self-isolation following travel to states on the New York Travel Advisory List.
  4. Agree to communicate with Loen immediately if any teen has had potential exposure or has been asked to isolate or quarantine (see details.) 
  5. Agree that ONLY teens who have completed the above forms on-time will be admitted to the program. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Please note that our Kulanu/TLC Health Protocols include require face masks, social distancing, and no eating.

Arrival/Dismissal Procedures 
  • Drive up to the curb and wait for a staff member. (If teens are driving, they should walk up to the sidewalk and wait for confirmation.) 
  • Wait in the car until a staff member confirms that you have completed a Same Day Health Questionnaire. Only after confirmation can teens can leave the car and enter the building. 
  • Please do not arrive late. If you must arrive late, wait in the car and call until staff member comes out to you. 
  • Teens are permitted to walk to cars parked cars alone at the conclusion of a program. 
  • Parents are not permitted in the building.
