Programs and Activities

Shot of the Week has been very popular. As well, we have started a monthly 4.0 Training and Match Play group. We have also arranged specific coaches to work with small groups (3-4 players) on a weekly basis. Please let us know if this is something you are interested in doing. The following coaches are available for group lessons: Isabella Baston, Adam Dykes, Natalie Araya, Sam Jonas, John Cairns and Mario Albu.

Shot of the Week

Each week there is a new shot which is focused on for the entire lesson. Members know in advance what shot will be worked on and can register accordingly. The coach will identify 1 or 2 main teaching points to help improve each player's shot through concise, specific feedback and a lot of volume. All levels can register for any given week as the coach will use feeding drills only with specific teaching points for each individual player. Register for the specific classes that interest you.
