IMD WAIVERS 

The Treatment Advocacy Center is a 501C3 non-profit
dedicated to eliminating legal and other barriers to the timely and effective treatment of severe mental illness. 

LEARN:   more about an important regulatory change -- one that would allow facilities in some states to receive reimbursements for mental health treatment provided in inpatient settings known as IMDs, or institutions for mental diseases.
