Get ready for one of the most scenic and iconic Nordic races in Tahoe. The Alpenglow 20k Freestyle Race (20k, 10k and 5k options) is this Sunday, February 24th!
Day-of registration only from 8:00-9:30am.
Suggested donation fee is $40 for ages 13 and older, and $15 for kids 12 and under.
Race starts at 10:00am.
Start and finish is at Tahoe XC.
Prizes from Alpenglow Sports and Tahoe XC, awards and revelry will follow at the lodge.
Skating and classic skiing is allowed. No snowshoes please.
Additional parking is at North Tahoe High School (a short 5-minute ski to the start line).

We're grooming to soup station one! Get some practice skis in before the 42nd annual Great Ski Race.
This is the main fundraising event for Tahoe Nordic Search & Rescue Team (TNSAR), a nonprofit, volunteer organization that has participated in over 350 searches involving more than 600 search subjects since 1977.
Race proceeds primarily support the purchase of team equipment and winter survival and avalanche programs conducted by TNSAR.
