This time of year focuses on gratitude which I love. In fact, I like being grateful throughout the year. There are so many benefits from doing so! But, even though it's the holiday season, we know life can still be tough. And, it can feel difficult to see the good in moments that are causing you pain. In the post below, I wanted to share how it's possible to practice gratitude during tough times, too.
