Groundhogs, portly rodents belonging to the squirrel family, have been offering weather predictions in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania since 1887. This Saturday, Punxsutawney Phil will once again demonstrate his meteorological expertise when he emerges from his burrow on Gobbler's Knob to make his 133rd prognostication. If he sees his shadow, bundle up for 6 more weeks of winter. If he doesn't, we're in for an early spring!
