Paper quilling is the art of rolling, scrolling, and shaping paper to create decorative designs. Adults and teens are welcome to practice this craft using the tools and basic techniques. Supplies will be provided upon request. This program will take place both in person, at Fuller Creative Learning Center, and virtually via Zoom. Let us know which way you prefer to join us.

Wondering where your document went? Having issues reformatting? Getting frustrated with resizing pictures or embedding a video? Join us for an introduction to Microsoft Word, as well as advice for creating a beautiful and professional resume or document. 

Request the Norman Bird Sanctuary or Mystic Seaport pass online, over the phone or in person with your library card and pick it up at Weaver Library.
The families of the East Providence Boys & Girls Club can order library books and pick them up at the Club. When calling to order your books, be sure to let the library know that Boys & Girls Club staff will pick them up for you.

Call 401-434-2453 Monday - Thursday, 9am-5pm, to schedule a one hour appointment. Choose between a 10:00am, 12:00pm, or 3:00pm session and sessions are currently limited to one per week.

All returned materials are quarantined for at least 24 hours, so you may see items remain on your card. No worries! Late fees will be waived through September 13th statewide.

You may now place up to 15 holds in the Ocean State Libraries catalog.

We are not accepting any donations at this time.
Weaver Library is open!

Hours are: Mondays - Thursdays, 9am-5pm with a special hour, 9am-10am for those in at-risk groups (e.g., older than 65, diabetic).
 
If you feel unwell or have symptoms consistent with COVID-19 such as coughing, please visit another day.
 
Please limit your stay to no more than 30 min. You will notice that we have removed our chairs to keep you on the move.

The Children’s Room and Teen Room at Weaver Library remain closed but we have set up browsing spaces for each collection and staff members can retrieve materials for you.
