USCIS resumes premium processing for H-1B petitions filed on or before 12/21/18
USCIS will resume premium processing on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 for all H-1B petitions filed on or before December
21, 2018.
If you received a request for evidence (RFE) for a pending petition, the file should not be converted to premium processing without also including the RFE response with the premium processing request.
If you or any of your employees who meet the requirements above want to convert a pending H-1B petition to Premium Processing, kindly mail a check to our office payable as follows:

Amount: $1560
This covers the $1410 Premium Processing fee, $100 in legal fees and two FedEx shipments.
