Send your kids to join us for a fun-filled Parents' Night Out on Saturday, March 2nd, 5 to 9 PM. Open to all children ages 3 months through 5th grade. Pre-registration and pre-payment are REQUIRED, plus an additional authorization form. $10 for 1st child, $5 for each additional sibling ($25 max per family). Spaces are limited, and no walk-ins. 

We are all volunteer run, by wonderful church members. All volunteers have been through the Episcopal Diocese of California’s Safe Church program, have been background checked and have been through a Parents’ Night Out training. A couple of volunteers have CPR, first aid and defib training.

Here's how it will work:

• Registration will OPEN 2 weeks before the event (February 18)
• Registration CLOSES on Thursday, February 28^th OR when we are FULL
• Each child needs a sack dinner and drink (please include special instructions for babies and toddlers, if needed). Children may also bring a pillow and blanket for movie time, if wanted.
• Drop off at 5 pm in Parish Hall
• Children will be broken into 4 - 6 groups:
  • Babies (Pre-Walkers; ages 3 months +)
  • Walkers – (NOT potty trained) 3’s
  • (Potty trained) 3's, Pre-School, Pre-K and Kinder
  • 1st through 5th grade (may be separated out further if there is enough demand; 1st – 2^nd and 3^rd – 5th)
• 5 - 8pm - age appropriate play and dinner (games, treasure hunt, playground, outdoor play, crafts, music, puppets, etc)
• 8 - 9pm - movie time
• Pick up by 9pm in Parish Hall (Late fees will be charged for any child picked up after 9:05pm.)
