Reminder From The Sea Pines CSA

Finance Department

The 2019 Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessment was due on Thursday January 31, 2019, if you have already sent payment, we thank you.

Assessments received after this date will be subject to late fees. If you have any questions regarding payment options, please contact Tracey McNeill via email at traceym@csaseapines.com .

Maintenance Department

Greenwood Drive Project Update

Line striping has been completed along Greenwood Drive between Club Course Drive and Governors Road.

The installation of the cross walk near the Forest Preserve Parking Lot has been completed.

The installation of raised roadway reflectors continues is this project area.

Deer Island Bridge Project Update

Removal of the bridge decking continues. During this work, we will employ alternating lanes for traffic.

The waterway under the Deer Island Bridge is considered part of this work zone and should be avoided by those kayaking during this planned work.

Soil stabilization behind the bulkhead and under the road is complete. We are now working on driving bridge pilings and installing structural bridge supports.

Lawton Canal Timber Bridge Construction Update

The Lawton Canal Timber Bridge is in need of infrastructure repairs. The demolition of the existing timber bridge is underway. Estimated completion of work: late February 2019, weather permitting

A detour is currently in place that routes pedestrians and bike traffic to the Lawton Canal Service Road.

Pavement Work on Office Park Road Scheduled for February 1st - 8th

Temporary daytime lane closures on Office Park Road will occur from 7 a.m., Friday, February 1, through Friday, February 8, weather permitting, to allow a contractor to do asphalt repair and pavement marking work.
