Charlotte Caunter, Founder of Health Shero
Charlotte is a mum of two children, a Health Coach, Certified Health & Nutrition Consultant, Certified Raw Food Chef, Cancer Survivor, Author and the Founder of Health Sheroes.
Having been through the challenge of cancer at age 32 and having to deal with the limited options for cancer treatment in Canada, she decided to become her own health shero! With research and training, Charlotte has discovered a path that helped her take control of her own health from the inside out.
By experiencing the positive changes in her own life, she has developed a health and wellness lifestyle program that will give others the power to take control of their inner health and wellness.
Charlotte’s goal is to educate, empower and inspire women to be their own Health Shero!
