2019 Ranching For Generations Conference 

All Ranching For Profit alumni are welcome to join us for our conference, this year's theme is Creating a Succession Plan That Works for Everyone

The most difficult challenges we face as business owners are exposed in succession planning.

How will you treat on and off-ranch heirs fairly?

The Ranching For Generations conference will tackle these and other challenges head on. If you don’t have a succession plan, this is your chance to build one. If you have a plan, this is your chance to test and improve it.

The generational theme of the conference is particularly poignant for Ranch Management Consultants because Dave and Kathy Pratt are transitioning ownership and management of RMC to RFP Instructor Dallas Mount and his wife Dixie. $800 CONFERENCE WITH RANCH TOUR AND BBQ TICKET includes conference ticket items listed above plus Saturday Padlock Ranch tour, Nicole Masters program, 1 box lunch at ranch, BBQ dinner, entertainment, transportation by bus to ranch and back.

Cancellation fee $100 per person if you cancel before June 1, 2019. After June 1, 2019 the cancellation fee will be $200 per person. Absolutely no refunds after July 15, 2019.
