Faith Ed @ 9:45 am | Esther: For Such a Time as This
The Book of Esther is a magnificent narrative that refuses to interpret life as being driven by coincidence or happenstance. In Esther, Haman, and Mordecai, we trace the movement of the divine hand as God collaborates with God’s risk-taking people to rescue them from the hand of their enemies.  This Sunday's class will be led by Whitney Hunter-Thomson.

Annoying People & God's Grace
You and I try to be nice. We are friendly. We smile. We are kind. Some people make it hard. Some people are annoying. People who park illegally, and get away with it. People on the subway who put their phone on speaker—and it is never the conversation you want to listen in on....

A New Year's Wish List from CAMBA | One Sunday left to give!
CAMBA, our social service agency partner in the church shelter program, is asking those who have sheltered their clients to help in providing gifts to the homeless people it serves. CAMBA has created a list of specific requests. It would be great to have Plymouth help fill these wishes.

Choose a client from the online list, sign your name, purchase the gift/gifts (wrapping optional), label them with the recipient's name and bring them to Plymouth by this Sunday. If you would like to include a card with an encouraging message, we know it would be well received. If possible, include a gift receipt (in case an exchange is needed). There is a donation bin in Hillis Hall.
