Johnson & Wales University
To: Commuter Students

From: Off-Campus Student Services (OCSS)

Nobody knows what February has in store though, which is why you should be prepared just the same. Please check out this month's bulletin below to stay informed.

Who’s Responsible?
Did you know that there are city ordinances for snow & ice removal? Is it you or the landlord who's responsible for removing it?

Review your lease and check your city’s ordinances for answers. Contact your landlord with any questions.

Question of the Month
I am having issues in my apartment but the landlord is not responding. What do I do now?

Whether the issue has to do with rodents, electrical, plumbing or heating, it is important the landlord or property manager responds as soon as possible.
If you have made several attempts to contact them and they have been slow to respond or have not responded at all, please contact Off-Campus Student Services at 401-598-4595 to report the issue. We will review your situation and provide you with necessary support and resources to assist.
