Join Us to Pray the Rosary
ATTENTION PARENTS & FRIENDS OF DELONE CATHOLIC:  On the first Tuesday of every month, we will meet at 9:30 a.m. in the Delone Catholic chapel to say a rosary for our students, faculty, staff and administration.  On February 5th, our special intention will be for the special grace to imitate the sacrificial love of Jesus.  Everyone is welcome. If you have a special intention we can pray for, but you cannot attend, feel free to send a note into the office or click here to submit it online. We will be keeping everyone in our Delone Catholic community in our prayers. Take a brief moment out of your week to join in asking Our Lady to intercede on our behalf. If you have any questions, please call Annie Kilkelly (717-637-0933).

NET Host Families Needed
Delone Catholic is happy to host a NET (National Evangelization Team) retreat again for the Sophomore retreat. NET retreats are lead by a group of young adults who travel the country to minister to high-school aged youth. Families are needed to host the young men and women as they travel to Hanover when they are here for our Sophomores. In the past, host families have described this opportunity as a tremendous blessing.

The  NET ministers will arrive the evening of Sunday, Feb. 10, have dinner with your family and depart the morning of Monday, Feb. 11 after breakfast for the retreat with the Sophomores. If your family is able and willing to open your home to these  retreat leaders, your generosity would be greatly appreciated! You can also specify if you would prefer to  house only men or only women. Questions or interest can be directly to Mrs. Phenicie in the Spiritual Life Office.

Works of Mercy Reminder for Seniors
The deadline for submitting Works of Mercy service hours for graduating seniors is 3 p.m. on March 22, 2019. After this time, the number of uncompleted service hours will double. Please contact Mrs. Kate Phenicie or visit www.DeloneCatholic.org under Spiritual Life for more information and opportunities to earn Works of Mercy service hours.

Intentions for Adoration
Every Friday, the Mary, Queen of Peace Chapel is open for Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, and our students would like to use that time to pray for your intentions. Please use this form to submit any intentions that you have so that a student can choose an intention to pray for specifically during their time at Adoration.

SportsLeader Virtue of the Week
One pillar of the SportsLeader program is a weekly virtue that we incorporate into our athletic practices and throughout our school community. Every week, we will share them here to encourage the students to take the virtue into their homes as well!

This week we are going to focus on the  virtue  of TEAMWORK - The strength to put the good of the team above one's own personal good. (Share a memory from this season when you saw the team really, really live the spirit and  virtue  of TEAMWORK whether it be in a practice, game, or other situation.)
